Russell Preschool Community has something to meet your preschool needs! We are a 5 STAR rated program using the KY All-Stars Quality Rating System! This means we offer the highest standard of quality available in KY.
Students attend Monday through Thursday from 8-3.
Four-Year-Olds
Students that are four years old on August 1st are eligible to enroll in our preschool program. If you are 4 years old, meet the income eligibility guidelines, have a developmental delay, or a speech delay are eligible to attend at no cost!
For families that do not meet the criteria to attend at no cost, we also offer a tuition-based program. Families in the tuition-based program will pay a $25 annual registration fee, and $22 per day plus the
cost of meals. We accept the Childcare Assistance Program (CCAP) to help families with the cost of tuition.
Three-Year-Olds
Students that are three years old and have a developmental delay are eligible to attend at no cost!
Three-year-old students that have a speech delay and meet eligibility criteria can receive speech services at no cost.
For families that do not meet the criteria to attend at no cost, we also offer a tuition-based program. There are a limited number of scholarships available for three-year-olds!
